-Working principle of Nica nickelcadmium battery-
NICA镍镉电池通过镍正极板和镉负极板之间的电化学反应工作,浸入液体碱性电解液(氢氧化钾)中。该反应产生标称电压并通过将这些电池串联连接在一起形成电池系统。氢氧化钾和少量氢氧化锂的电解质溶液仅用作离子转移介质,提供性能而不会导致基材降解。通过宽的板间空间实现良好的电解质储备和循环。注塑成型的塑料网格将两个板分开并使板边缘绝缘。镀镍钢条端子柱楔入板式母线,内部带螺纹,用于连接器上的螺栓连接。盖子和端子之间的粘弹性密封的完整性将确保在电池的整个寿命期间的完全密封。高冲击半透明聚丙烯容器电池通过热密封焊接在一起形成刚性块状,并且在潮湿和盐水条件下耐腐蚀,易于组装并且允许电解质水平的完全可见性,因此便于操作应用中的维护。
Nica nickel cadmium batteryworks by electrochemical reaction between nickel positive plate andcadmium negative plate, and is immersed in liquid alkalineelectrolyte (potassium hydroxide). The reaction produces a nominalvoltage and forms a battery system by connecting these cells inseries. The electrolyte solution of potassium hydroxide and a smallamount of lithium hydroxide is only used as the ion transfermedium, providing the best performance without causing substratedegradation. Good electrolyte storage and circulation can beachieved through wide inter plate space. The injection moldedplastic mesh separates the two plates and insulates the edges ofthe plates. The nickel plated steel bar terminal post is wedgedinto the plate bus bar with internal thread, which is used for boltconnection on the connector. The integrity of the viscoelastic sealbetween the cover and the terminals will ensure complete sealingthroughout the life of the battery. High impact translucentpolypropylene container cells are welded together by heat seal toform rigid blocks, and are resistant to corrosion in wet and saltwater conditions. They are easy to assemble and allow fullvisibility of electrolyte levels, so they are easy to operate andmaintain in applications.
